From Bethesda, Maryland
Take I-495 to George Washington Parkway.   Follow parkway to the 14th St. Bridge.  At the end of the Bridge, I-395 bears off to the right and becomes the Southeast - Southwest Freeway.  Take the Freeway to 6th Street, SE exit (Navy Yard).  Proceed down ramp and continue straight to 8th Street.  Turn right, go two blocks to M Street, SE.
From Baltimore, Maryland
Take Baltimore-Washington Parkway to I-295.  Follow I-295 to Howard Road Exit.  Keep left on the exit and make a left turn at the stop sign.  Pass under the highway and turn left at the light.  Get back on I-295 N.  Stay in the right lane and exit at 11th Street exit (Downtown).  Stay in the right lane going over bridge and exit following Navy Yard sign, go straight to the M Street and make a left turn.
From Washington, D. C.
Take 9th Street, NW continue through tunnel under Mall.  Take first left after exiting tunnel onto Southwest Freeway (I-395).  Proceed till exit to 6th Street, SE (Navy Yard).  Go down ramp and continue straight to 8th Street.  Turn right, go two blocks to M Street, SE.
From Virginia
Take I-395, go across the 14th Street Bridge.  At the end of the bridge, I-395 bears off to the right and becomes the Southwest-Southeast Freeway.  Take Freeway to the 6th Street, SE exit.  Proceed down ramp and continue straight to 8th Street, SE.  Turn right and go two blocks to M Street.
